Freelance Sports / Football Digital & Social Asset Designer role - Hybrid Central London / Remote UK

Day Rate: £320/day UMB or LTD
Weekend days paid at 1.5x
ASAP Start - June and July onwards

Working Pattern Preferred: Shift Pattern 1
Saturday–Wednesday. Off Thursday & Friday
Weekend work required

Alternative setup: Shift pattern 2
Designer 1: Monday–Wednesday
Designer 2: Saturday–Sunday

Location
Tues/Wed: Central office. Weekends: Remote
Flexible for strong candidates outside London

We’re looking for freelance designers to support a high-profile football campaign across June and July, producing high volumes of social and digital assets in a fast-paced environment.

This is an adaptation-focused role using existing templates and toolkits — not conceptual design. You’ll create both planned and reactive social content, including live match-result assets, with quick turnaround times.

Requirements
- Strong Figma skills
- Experience adapting large volumes of social assets
- Background in sports / football creative work
- Experience designing for social media, sports teams, rights holders, or live events
- Comfortable working within brand guidelines and design systems
- Looking for designers who understand football culture and thrive in reactive social environments.
