Our client is a leading digital arts institution who support digital artists and collectors across the whole spectrum of the digital art world. They have an exciting opportunity for a Studio Executive Assistant to join their team. They are based in London and offering flexi remote working.
This role will see focus on daily operations and the management of a digital Art studio gallery
Day-2-Day duties
Managing Working Calendar
Create and manage a calendar working To-Do List; This relates to the current and future project list. With the rapidly developing list of projects, it is important this stays up to date and fleshed out.
Daily Art Reporting
End of day report on what has been accomplished from the working calendar and what is still ongoing.
Project Management
Manage & coordinate current and upcoming exhibitions, drops (digital auctions), partnerships, organising meetings with relevant parties, and assisting with any logistical needs.
Manage Project and Artwork Database
Manage Artwork Archive - a database for Artworks. Each work needs to be uploaded and categorised. Ensure the documentation and folders on Box (cloud-based file system) are fully up to date.
Liaising with Collectors
Make sure all collectors of our Artists' work have received their work and accompanying documentation. Follow up each week with our Art collectors who are yet to receive outstanding work.
Website Monitoring
Making sure the homepage and other relevant pages are up to date. Add any changes to the website to the calendar schedule, for example, any exhibitions that are coming up need to be added to the website before the exhibition has launched.
You will have
- At least 2-3yrs min experience in one of the following areas; EA / Studio Manager / Office Manager
- Strong communications skills
- Studio admin/management experience (ideally in the creative/arts/agency field a plus)
- Excellent software skills in Microsoft/Word/Excel/Powerpoint
- Strong organisational/time management skills
- Excellent people skills
