Our client is a London-based Creative Agency that has a great opportunity for a Senior Brand Designer/Design Director to join their team.
Their approach is to make a real difference and your task will be to develop brands, campaigns, and content their primarily B2B market.
Requirements
- Someone to join the creative team, and take our design work up a notch.
- Able to quickly interpret business needs and client briefs and turn them into compelling creative solutions.
- You will need to be well-versed in the process of brand creation, from conceptual thinking through brand development to technical delivery and brand guidelines. You'll need to be able to work in a sensibly quick way and turn your creative hand to projects big and small, for all of our clients.
- You'll be able to guide more junior team members. You will also be an effective communicator, both internally, to partner agencies, and to client
Responsibilities
- Distill abstract business concepts and client needs into elegant creative solutions.
- Take responsibility for the creative vision and the standard of output for your projects.
- Pitch ideas confidently and present the creative vision clearly to clients, as well as communicate in the same manner to members of the creative team.
- Lead projects from conception to completion in accordance with deadlines.
- Collaborate and motivate other team members and stakeholders.
- Ask smart questions, take risks, and bring new ideas.
