Job Description

Our client is a brand and entertainment agency that create interactive stories for global brands. They work with both branded advertising and original film content with a focus on product placement. They have an exciting opportunity for a Sales & Marketing Executive to join their team. This position is fully remote with occassional travel to the office for meetings, so you will need to be based in the UK.

The Sales and Marketing Executive will be the key strategic player in developing and implementing a unique, growth focused commercial roadmap. Their focus will be on promotion and marketing of two services and accessing hidden opportunities within legacy areas. They will be responsible for managing all commercial activities to ensure profitable business growth acceleration and commercial success.

The Sales and marketing executive is responsible for marketing across the entire business, including campaigns, digital marketing and engaging with new sales. They will secure, build, maintain and grow relationships with clients. In addition to growing the business by up-selling and cross-selling services to clients both new and established.


Key responsibilities of the role:

  • Researching, pitching and securing new clients across both brand and entertainment.
  • Ensure deliverables are high quality, bold and innovative - and delivered on time, on brand, on budget, meet the brief and are of consistently high quality.
  • Pitch campaign ideas to clients succinctly and with confidence.
  • Help develop the brand and be a key player in the development of its image.



  • Successful candidate will work closely with founders and their external business development strategists to help build the knowledge and skills needed to take on this role. They will work with the external strategists once/twice a month on targets and build on any areas that need improving.
  • We are looking for a candidate that wants to grow with the role and help build the company and their responsibilities from the ground up.



  • 1+ yrs experience in B2B advertising and/or marketing and sales.
  • B2B sales experience is essential.
  • Researching, pitching and securing new clients across both brand and entertainment.
  • Able to effectively build and maintain client/customer relationships, while working to mitigate churn and push engagement, upsell and cross-sell.
  • Experience pitching campaign ideas to clients succinctly and with confidence.
  • Experience across all major paid media platforms (Google, Bing, Instagram, Facebook & LinkedIn)
  • Demonstrate strong written communication skills.
  • Have basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
  • Take ownership for delivery, from start to finish.
  • Highly motivated you take pride in all you do.
  • Methodical and logical but with an agility to adapt and flex. Self-sufficient, you enjoy personal responsibility and a freedom in what you do but always knowing when to seek support from the team.
  • Constant drive for improvement.


Desirable but not essential

  • Basic Adobe CC skills and knowledge of camera recording equipment.
  • Experience with the Google Display Network and across other programmatic platforms is beneficial.
