Digital and Creative Recruitment Consultant / Talent Developer needed for expanding team!
Creative Recruitment is a specialist integrated recruitment agency covering creative, production, and creative services for print and digital markets. We are looking to employ individuals to support us in our current recruitment projects and be part of our long term digital and creative growth plans.
With an amazing client list ranging from prestigious Media Owners, Music Streaming, International TV Broadcasters, Fashion retailers, Advertising, Marketing, Branding and Design agencies, Creative Recruitment support our clients by providing freelance and permanent talent of all levels.
We are looking for an experienced recruiter to focus on exciting digital and creative, design and development roles. For this position it is ideal that you are already recruiting perm or contract roles within the creative field and will be able to develop relationships with many of the leading media owners, design, marketing or advertising agencies. The perfect candidate is someone who is already recruiting into the digital/creative sector at a competitor agency. We will also look at recruiters in unrelated sectors who have an interest and understanding of digital design and development through education or work history.
There are candidates available to work with straight away and some clients too but there will be a degree of business and talent development involved. Your billing history will be important to this role, but Creative Recruitment is not a 'hardcore sales' environment as we provide our clients with a consultative approach based on ethics, value for money and are regularly involved on many HR aspects of the sector.
We are seeking great communicators and likeable personalities who will be hard working and highly motivated in their research, network building and resourcing. Being interested and involved in the digital industry and how digital technology is constantly evolving is a must.
