A Print POS Project Manager is urgently sought. The ideal candidate will have POS/Retail experience, understanding of artwork/creative processes is an advantage,
Responsible for the delivery of all 3D Retail POS on behalf of the client. The role covers various brands and multiple retailers. Responsibilities include the day to day management of all client requirements in relation to the category and full ownership for the end to end campaign management process from structural and creative brief through to delivery. The creative is provided by the internal Studio and managed via an online platform. Procurement is managed through an approved supply chain.
Manage briefing process between client & agencies
Checking and approving/declining client briefs
Managing creative artworking process from brief, through amends to prototyping and final approval, including liaison with manufacturers at all times to ensure artwork is provided according to final production specification.
Procurement of POS, delivering on time, to specification, to quality and to contractual targets
Understand the client contract and the companies proposition
Support clients on a day to day basis with creative and requirements
Day to day use of Excel for budgeting requirements and data analysis
Use of the companies platforms accurately to obtain quotes and benchmarking info
Ensure quotes requested are generated within agreed SLA
Develop strong relationships with suppliers and attend meetings as required
Ensure site best practice and processes are followed.
Work to operating budget and billing process and support the AM in providing monthly forecasts
Build relationships with clients and manage perceptions and expectations
Develop a good understanding of the client's business and industry sector
Seek out industry developments and product innovations
Constantly review and revise procedures and processes to ensure the most efficient means of working
Assist in the management of communication channels - team, client, suppliers and operations
Manage own time effectively in order to track multiple projects and priorities
Work in partnership with colleagues and wider teams to achieve common goals
Take responsibility for own performance and for identifying areas of personal development
Experience in retail sector, preferably beauty
Experience of Creative & Artwork processes an advantage
Client facing experience essential - strong customer service skills, service minded
Sound Excel skills and ability to analyse data
Excellent attention to detail, organised
Commercially strong and numerate
Team player, with positive outlook
Ability to build effective working relationships (client, colleagues and suppliers)
Strong communication skills - able to communicate effectively to clients and select appropriate method of communication depending on situation
Experience of working in an environment where priorities are constantly changing and specifications and client requirements move frequently
Salary up to 40K.
