Job Description

We are looking for a Project Manager to join an exciting agency who specialise in brand activation and experiences. From social media campaigns, to events and experiences, to digital content-led campaigns, you will work with the Project Directors / Assistants, Account Directors /Managers and business leads where appropriate, to help shape the strategic and creative direction of the account's you work on whilst devising and implementing all kinds of projects/campaigns. You will be involved in driving every aspect of your projects and ultimately be responsible for overall project delivery, ensuring your projects are expertly delivered and exceed expectations.

Role Responsibilities

As a Project Manager, it is your responsibility to deliver projects on time and within budget, by planning and organising resources and people. You'll need to track work to be completed, set deadlines and delegate tasks to the project team, identifying any potential risks.

  • Demonstrable hands on project management ability with a strategic mind-set able to categorise and prioritise projects
  • Set objectives in line with the client needs, which may include scope, content, timings and budget
  • Plan work and set deadlines to meet the agreed needs
  • Monitor the work to make sure it is on time and within budget
  • Co-ordinate the work of your project team and delegate tasks where appropriate
  • Supervise tasks assigned to project workers as instructed by the Project Director / Account Director
  • Supervise project workers and ensure they stick to project specification and guidelines
  • Identify and manage risks, including the development of contingency plans, to ensure delivery is on time
  • Monitor overall progress and use of resources, initiating corrective action where necessary
  • Monitor project progress and report regularly to the Project/ Account Director and/ or the client, as appropriate
  • Present reports defining project progress, problems/risks and solutions
  • Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
  • Assist in the coordination and delivery of workshops, engagement events and other project related activities
  • Confidently address business needs, manage resources and any issues to successfully navigate and deliver all aspects of the assignment
  • Work directly with creative and design teams to create the best work and build strong internal relationships, plus also working directly with clients to get ideas sold in and developed
  • Manage third-party relationships
