Job Description
Project Manager to join a Marketing agency in London.
The Project Manager is to ensure the effective delivery of client projects through exemplary management of scope, timelines, budgets and quality of output. It is their responsibility to build collaborative relationships with clients, maintaining best-in-class service whilst having a key focus on the commercial success of their projects and the wider agency.
Client management-
- Assuming day-to-day responsibility for all aspects of project management (briefing, scoping, resourcing, timeline and budget management) in line with workflow processes.
- Overseeing and managing large multi-channel campaigns or projects.
- Confident financial management of client forecasting, billing management and supplier negotiations.
- Estimating time and resourcing required on projects.
- Manage project plans, map key milestones and tasks, manage multiple stakeholders and ensure projects are delivered against client requirements.
- Work with relevant team members to evaluate briefs.
Skills, experience and knowledge required:
- Proven project management experience and/or relevant professional qualifications
- Highly proficient with relevant IT applications
- Proven experience of delivering multiple client projects under challenging time frames
- Understanding of how to ensure projects meet commercial objectives
- Able to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication - written and verbal
- Attention to detail
