Ideally worked on a magazine, publishing house or design agency
Confident with print processes
Manage schedules for assigned projects including web, email, partnerships, press, advertising and personal shopping from receipt of brief through scheduling, copy, design and approvals
Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure projects are completed successfully, on time and within budget
Work continuously with the creative teams to recommend the most efficient process for marketing and editorial asset production
Review briefs to ensure concise details are captured and the full scope of requests have been submitted, including specifications and quantities
Manage approvals and deadlines for Marketing, Sales and Editorial teams by trafficking requirements to ensure assigned lead times are met
Oversee project budgets and seek quotations for planning
Maintain and manage seasonal project and content updates as required
Work in tandem with Creative and Web Production teams to ensure schedules are coordinated
Monitor progress of campaigns and review campaigns to deliver feedback to Retail, Creative and Tech whilst seeking performance enhancements
Seek updates and impact of other department projects and plans to manage expectations all round
Liaise closely with the Translation Production team to outline upcoming work, scope of deliverables and roadmap Customer service
Ensure that the team effectively service internal departments and provide pragmatic approach to managing each project
Assist with planning internal production review meetings with stakeholders, chair meetings when required
Keep abreast of industry developments and share knowledge with the wider team
Participate in external forums as required disseminating findings
Working with senior production controller to ensure that all resources are managed efficiently so that there is coverage for project stakeholders
Skills and Experience:
Experience of delivering a sound online production service in a Marketing/Editorial creative environment - preferably fashion or similar
Experience of analysing costs and recommending improvements to budgets
Commercially aware, an aptitude for numbers
Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
Results focused - Customer service and a focus for detail. Excellent planning ability. Able to work to tight deadlines. Able to organise workload to meet conflicting priorities.
Leadership - Ability to forge strong relations with stakeholders at all levels, acting as an ambassador to ensure a professional and customer friendly profile for the department
Relationship & Influencing - Excellent inter-personal skills
Negotiation skills - confident negotiating at all levels
Innovation & Creativity - able to think creatively and find innovative solutions to problems
