Job Description

Our Client is an Estate Agency based in Kent and they have a great opportunity for a Multimedia Designer.

The role of the Multimedia Designer will be an integral part of effectively communicating both internal and external messages. Your creativity will support the senior leadership in the communication of the business' objectives and stories, via a multitude of digital platforms. You will have the agility to work and manage the execution of multiple projects, within their in-house, fast-growing, creative team based in their Head Office.

You will work to build meaningful and productive relationships with all key stakeholders, providing sound consultancy, advice, and creative expertise and know-how.

You will be responsible for the ideation and creation of content that connects their brand to their target audiences, elevating our company's perception and visual appeal. You will be responsible for the creation of digital content that effectively and positively impacts the communication objectives and overarching business goals.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Confidence to work from a brief to produce a variety of digital assets, static and video, that clearly communicate a business message.
  • Ability to project manage the creation of assets and your time effectively.
  • Creation of graphic animated assets, videography for digital and social platforms, plus editing of mixed video assets, photos, as well as the design of infographics and newsletters, to name but a few.
  • Employ a design style that reflects and appeals to a variety of target audiences.
  • Contribute and work with internal stakeholders to understand how best to produce the most relevant digital content and which medium.
  • Create engaging, high-quality, digital content to enhance brand awareness.
  • To continually learn and implement digital content that meets the evolving digital landscape and its needs.
  • Attend business events and functions as and when appropriate.

Key Skills required

  • Proficient user of authoring design tools e.g., Adobe, Illustrator, InDesign, and ability to edit a variety of digital assets for a variety of digital platforms
  • Visual design skills
  • Experience with HTML coding for design work would be a bonus
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritise and manage time efficiently
  • Skilled at analytical reporting on learning statistics
  • A strong attention to detail

Qualifications required

  • Experienced Digital Content Creator or Digital Content Producer with specific experience of designing and creating digital assets from scratch
  • Relevant digital design experience
