Job Description

A London based agency are looking for a Mid- Level Creative Designer to work across digital and print.

Your key responsible for creation of design projects encompasssing POS, toolkits and a variety of Digital Assets, Campaigns. Someone that has a interest in shopper led design. Good typography, image sourcing and art directions.



As a Mid-level Designer you are responsible for the creation of design projects encompassing POS, toolkits and a variety of digital assets. You will have an interest in shopper-led design and able be able to deliver commercially focused creative work of the highest standard, consistently and on-time.

We expect you to be proactive in your approach and ensure all day-to-day work is shared with the Design Leads / Design Director. You should have strong presentation skills and be able to persuasively articulate your ideas to internal and client teams.

Core responsibilities:

  • Able to think laterally, creating multiple solutions to a given brief.
  • Answer briefs accurately, using creative and strategic insights.
  • Manage creative projects from initial brief to design approval with support from the Project Manager.
  • Work with production to ensure creative integrity is maintained throughout the artwork process.
  • Support the Design Leads and Design Director with any design or creative requests.


  • Attend and be on time for client, internal and third party meetings
  • Understand client's business and the way the client works
  • Develop a good understanding of client brands
  • Manage client's creative expectations
  • Build your reputation for creativity with clients and throughout the business
  • Gain trust and respect from client teams
  • Ensure accurate and punctual timesheet recording
  • Take full accountability for your work to ensure that deadlines are met and implementation is of a high standard
  • Ability to follow, interpret and implement supplied brand guidelines

Skills & Knowledge

  • Experience designing multi-channel retail touchpoints
  • Display a good understanding of print production and digital media processes
  • Apple Mac platform user
  • Fully competent in: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, PowerPoint
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to manage own time and prioritise work
  • Identify tasks which would be best suited to other skill sets
  • Maintain internal and client confidentiality at all times
