Midweight Brand Designer
Role type: Permanent

Our client is looking for a multidisciplinary Midweight Brand Designer to help brands adapt and thrive across multiple, differing mediums.Someone who can craft personality through an experience, expertly dialling it up and down to create key brand signatures at relevant moments. Must be able to dissect a brief and translate it into original concepts, that can build out into workable design systems across differing platforms and/or multiple touchpoints.

The right candidate should be visually inventive, highly organised and a motivated thinker. Someone who can thrive under pressure and enjoy working with people, dealing with clients and articulating ideas.   • Mastery of all things Adobe CS
  • Outstanding typography skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of digital product and app design (a bonus but not necessary)


  • Turn user and commercial needs into creative and engaging design solutions
  • Translate brand proposition and character into compelling experiences
  • Devise and adapt brand guidelines
  • Guide art direction and image treatment
  • Create contemporary brand language, from type, colour and imagery to iconography, interaction and motion design
  • Deliver a full design process, from rationale to full-fidelity cross-platform creative
  • Understand how to get the best out of testing and user insights
