Head of Category to join our Marketing department based within International beauty brand. This role will be responsible for contributing to the Category growth by driving & delivering the category strategy through NPD, events and the entire activation plan development.commercial experience.
Strengths in identifying marketing and product development opportunities both on and offline. Working with the Activation, VM, Integrated Communication teams. Define strategy for growth.
Exploring markets trends and competitors strategies to gain competitive advantage. Generate innovative product ideas and encourage innovative thinking in the wider team. Monitoring and analyse new products activation, profitability and performance working with operations & commercial teams.
Experience in similar Marketing Development positions within a large, international retailer/FMCG. Strong expertise in NPD and launches to markets within Beauty. Experience in collating and analysing information across various forms of data. Experience of working in a commercial environment. International experience and exposure to varied client base. Experience in setting and implementing a marketing strategy.
Degree qualification or equivalent in relevant discipline
