Job Title: Marketing & Events Assistant
Salary: Up to £25k
Our client is looking for an enthusiastic Marketing and Events Assistant to join the marketing team at UK headquarters in Feltham, Greater London. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in various areas of B2B marketing across multiple regions, languages and markets.
Key responsibilities and duties:
- Plan and promote events, including industrial exhibitions, and customer, staff and CSR events
- Help maintain and update websites
- Pitch print and digital press releases
- Oversee e-marketing schedule
- Maintain brochures, flyers and other sales support material
- Produce video collateral for various marketing promotions
- Update and develop internal communications
Skills and experience required:
- At least one years' marketing and events experience (ideally for a B2B audience)
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to maintain standards while meeting tight deadlines
- A positive attitude, patience and persistence, especially when dealing with various internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Self-motivated
- IT and computer literate
