Marketing Account Manager to join a global marketing team in London
Main duties and responsibilities
- To achieve all marketing sales targets across tourism-focused product portfolio; including print, digital, social, mobile, bespoke events and partnership projects
- Supports & co-visits with the Sales team in the sales process of marketing products & services in current merchant base
- Account Management for some specific key non merchant customers: Shopping Malls, Retailer Organisations, Tourism organisations
- Marketing account plans
- Customer relationship management
- CRM system to plan, record and report account activity
- Feedback and follow up to Product Business Unit for marketing products & services improvement/development
- Managing the online marketing products
- Support with email marketing designs
The Candidate:
- Experience of marketing account management ideally in the tourism or luxury retail industry preferable
- Proven experience of developing marketing accounts
- Analytical skills, advanced excel user and comfortable with data
- The skills to build and maintain strong customer relationships with an ability to grasp customer's current and potential needs
- Adobe InDesign
