Our client is a leading retail marketing agency based in the East Midlands and currently looking for a Head of Digital to manage the entire digital studio and client relationship.
The role day to day...
- The role will be pivotal in defining and growing the agency's digital offering and winning new business so the candidate must have the capability to bridge commercial, creative and technical, alongside excellent communication skills.
- Lead all digital client projects and own the digital strategy.
- Oversee scope, planning, budgeting, definition and initiation of digital accounts and projects.
- Working with the new business team on welcoming clients and attending pitches.
- Working with the management team and insight people to constantly define the core 'digital' product offering(s).
- Engage with Account Directors and Project Managers to ensure project objectives are achievable and meet quality standards.
- Creating a good liaison with UX, Social Media, Front end development and Back-end programmers to get the best results.
- Work with the team to establish best practice for digital production and workflow management
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
