Job Description
Head of Design to join a global leader in consultative technology solutions.
This position is 100% remote.
The Head of design will own the whole of the design process. You will be responsible for designing the look and feel of brands, and all sales and marketing efforts and be the de facto design guru. To be successful in this role you will be confident in your ability to deliver great design, have a user-first approach to creative and usability and an excellent understanding of the digital landscape.
The Role
- Own, define and deliver the creative vision for our client
- Work with the marketing team and company stakeholders to define and design exciting, customer centric brand propositions and communications
- Oversee all creative output
- Working with other members of the design team, manage the delivery of all creative output, from creating digital and print campaigns, social media, blogs and editorials, to creating new brand propositions to support the development of new brands and businesses
- Own the planning and resourcing of the design function
- Ensure brand values and creative expectations are met
Requirements & Skills-
- A true brand and design leader with experience of creating high impact, user-centric brands and marketing to deliver maximum impact and engagement
- Extensive experience of working in an international marketing environment, leading on brand and campaign design across multiple regions and markets
- Solid creative leadership experience within a creative led
- Clear creative vision, strong aesthetic judgement with a natural ability to bring to life designs that resonate with varying audiences
- Experience of brand development and delivery
- Experience of creative pitching
- Educated to degree level or extensive experience within a creative discipline
- Experience working with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Knowledge in digital design and brand development are essential
