Job Description

  • The Graphic Designer will take the lead on creative work for all bids and proposals
  • Ensure consistent and effective design across all documents produced
  • Conceptualise high quality, relevant design solutions

  • Creation of artwork for bid submissions and associated production material
  • Ensure brand consistency through all work winning collateral
  • Demonstrate design flare and creativity
  • Ensure the completion and delivery of design elements within the time permitted
  • Best practice and high standards of quality and compliance with the print production process
  • See designs through artworking to finished print with support of other team members
  • Liaise and build relationships with both internal and external printers and other suppliers
  • Keep up to date with design trends in sector
  • Delivers on-brand materials for the business across all channels and all platforms as required
  • Event invites, staff announcements and campaigns
  • Organise and manage project photography and datasheets
  • Graphics support for other departments (HR, SHEQ etc.)
  • Develop and send monthly project newsletters
  • Layout and editing of Mail staff newsletter
  • Working with the Marketing Manager on website and multi-media strategy

Computer skills

  • Adobe Creative Cloud
  • MS Office
  • Video editing skills would be advantageous
  • Knowledge of Wordpress would be advantageous
