Role profile

The Senior Creative Manager is responsible for the planning, managing, trafficking the delivery of all creative projects, across brand, packaging, digital, e-comm and CRM. They are involved in the creative projects at all stages, and is the key point of contact for all creative queries, working closely with the Global Creative Director in developing creative plans. S/he is abreast of all requirements, issues or concerns relating to all of the projects under their responsibility and is proactive in finding solutions to aid the smooth running of the creative team and on time and on budget delivery of projects.


* Lead the project management of all creative projects in the business. This includes but is not limited to; brand strategy and guidelines, packaging design, photoshoots and content creation, digital design, website, e-commerce, paid social, affiliates, CRM.
* Manage creative projects from strategy and briefing through to production phases, with a keen eye for detail ensuring a smooth transition throughout.
* Be the key point of contact for all creative queries and requests, field questions and requests from the wider business and 3rd parties, juggling priorities as necessary.
* Responsible for managing the workload of the creative team and freelancers; scheduling work, setting brief meetings, reviews and deadlines.
* Responsible for ensuring projects are delivered to brief and on time, to highest quality standards, proof reading, ensuring amends have been made and everything is correct before it goes out the door.
* Alongside Creative Director, co-write creative briefs that motivate and inspire the design team whilst delivering against commercial and strategic targets set by the business.
* Source freelancers, photographers, illustrators, agencies and 3rd party production companies, organising and planning photoshoots / video shoots / any other form of creative content.
* Support the Creative Director in strategic and creative thinking, creative process and creation of presentations to sell in ideas and creative work.
* Maintain awareness of the brand portfolio, business needs, consumer, competition and sales performances to be commercially aware and spot creative opportunities.
* Keep open and ongoing dialogue with other teams as to the status of briefs and workload, manage expectations as to project delivery.
* Participate in various cross functional project meetings, be comfortable to present and clearly define status of creative projects and steps needed to keep moving projects along.
* Participate in creative brainstorming sessions, and be able to identify and communicate strategic and commercial creative opportunities for the business.
* Lead weekly design status meetings with the Chief Brand Officer and Creative Director, and any other creative status meetings with the wider business.
* Prepare correspondence (includes meeting minutes, summaries, calls, e-mails) for all creative projects
* Manage the creative budget, forecasting spend and keeping track of spend to date. Holding monthly budget meetings with finance, updating key stakeholders and finance team when plans change.
* Raising PO's for creative vendors and freelancers and keeping track of associated spend.

Skills, Qualifications & Experience

* 8 + years of experience working agency or client side in design teams.
* Extensive experience in the role of Senior Project Manager / Creative Manager / Senior Account Manager / Account Director
* Excellent organizational skills and experience planning and managing multiple creative projects, teams and resource.
* Proven skills and experience in managing multiple, complex creative projects and photoshoots across brand, digital and packaging.
* Ability to be flexible and juggle changing priorities on a daily basis with a positive attitude.
* Great communicator: ability to manage both up and down.
* Budget management skills and experience.
* Competency in Microsoft suite (primarily excel) and keynote/powerpoint.
* Knowledge of Adobe suite and basic design skills

Nice to have:
* Previous design experience, a creative eye and opinion on design.
* Ability to work creatively with photographers, art direct at photoshoots.
* Knowledge of Adobe suite and basic design skills

250 per day.
