General Manager / Head of Operations
The General Manager / Head of Operations will take overall responsibility for the operational running and commercial success of the agency, including the development and implementation of commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives aiming to accelerate growth.
* Devising and executing strategy towards the profitable growth and operation of the company.
* Help the board to develop strategic operating plans that reflect the longer-term objectives and priorities.
* Ensure the business performs to expectations and within budget, closely monitoring the operating and financial results against plans and budgets.
* Communicate the operating objectives and standards of performance, ensuring these are not only understood, but are owned by the management team and other employees.
* Maintain the operational day-to-day performance of the company, assuming full accountability to the board for all responsible functions.
* Support the Creative and Strategic Leads in developing projects that deliver financial success and maintain and attract relevant clients.
* Work with the Creative and Strategic leads to ensure the correct brand strategies are developed and executed to position the business as a leading Digital Agency within the premium fashion industry.
* Fully understand the competitive environment, market, client needs (both current and potential).
Experience within Fashion, Retail, Sports, Luxury.
