Job Description

Freelance Senior UX Architect Healthcare Advertising

  • We're looking for a UX designer, passionate about creating delightful user experiences with a solid understanding of design and editorial processes within large organisations (pharmaceutical companies a bonus). You're highly collaborative and love working with a diverse team of people, embracing design challenges and obsessing about how we communicate with our client's audiences
  • The project you will be working on is an innovative experience involving HTML, Veeva, 3D and gaming technologies. You will use insights from concept testing to produce a testing report, develop functional / non-functional requirements, user personas and user stories in order to design an experience that brings a medical story to life for use in medical rep environments as well as medical conferences
  • What you'll do:
    • Review outputs from the formative concept testing interviews and work closely with the project team to analyse the user insights from the interviews into the plan for the prototype testing in the next round
    • Create a report describing the implications for the experience
    • Create personas and key user journeys for the experience that align to expected context of use
    • Document functional requirements, create user stories
    • Create experience principles to deliver a consistent and cohesive story experience
    • Think strategically about how the experience can be enhanced with the introduction of innovative technology
    • Create prototypes for the next round of testing in conjunction with the creative team
    • Work up prototypes from testing into annotated, build-ready specifications
  • We'd love to hear from you if you have:
    • 5 years' experience + as a UX designer
    • Healthcare experience (a bonus but not a requirement as this is a corporate website)
    • Worked with writers, insights analysts and other creative disciplines across departments to create consistent user experiences
    • Worked on interactive applications - gaming experience (Unity, etc) useful but not essential
  • In house 5 days per week
