Our client is a leading fashion / retail led company currently looking for a freelance Social Media / Video Content Producer to join the marketing team on a 6 month fixed term contract. This position will be flexi remote, offices are based in London.

The Role
You'll create and distribute relevant video content aligned to our marketing calendar for existing social platforms (Instagram & YouTube) with full responsibility for editing content, including audio and graphics.

We're launching new channels (TikTok & Snapchat) so understanding building a channel and a presence is key to supporting the UK region with the creation of short-form video for our organic platforms.

You'll lead the creative concept briefing process, considering information from local marketing teams on key activities in their centres. You know how to tell a story.

You understand audience targeting, and emerging trends and are reactive to developments.

The role can have a base from any of our centres or at home but travel across the UK 1 - 2 days per week to source content will be required. You'll be self-sufficient and organise your time to ensure a sense of place is maintained.

You know what has worked well and are able to feedback on performance and share best practices.

You will work closely with several in-house teams including brand & creative to make sure our brand identity is appropriate for the channel.

The ideal Person

  • Experience of building a personal channel or business account management.
  • You love social media and have a passion for film, fashion, music and culture.
  • You're curious & creative with a test and learn attitude. You have creative flair, with a good understanding of visual identity and generating ideas.
  • You can inspire our teams and share your expertise to help them develop - sharing filming tips, editing knowledge, industry tips, tricks & trends.
  • Great eye for detail
  • High knowledge of video software and equipment.
  • Able to build strong relationships with centre teams, head office and stores to aid content production.
  • Well organised and able to prioritise centre briefs.

Eessential Software Skills

  • Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Adobe Photoshop
