Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Events Executive to join a leading International Financial Services Company based in East London. You MUST have at least 4 yrs experience to be considered for this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Management of company debentures
  • Management of purchasing ticketed events / hospitality events not covered within the company debentures
  • Co-ordination with departments / overseas offices regarding events of varying scale
  • Liaising directly with offsite venues on external events
  • Liaising directly with onsite colleagues on internal events
  • Organisation of every aspect of an event from inception to delivery, including: collating and monitoring guest lists, invitation distribution, entertainment, F&B, speeches, room design, on-site management (set-up to finish), client liaison
  • Operating within a set budget
  • Management and purchasing of company branded merchandise
  • Inputting specific information into software applications

Ideal Candidate:

  • At least 4 yrs Events Management experience
  • Impeccable organisation and attention to detail
  • Confidence to communicate with personnel and clients at all levels
  • Experience at managing conferences as well as events
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when needed
  • Extremely professional and ability to multitask
