Fantastic opportunity for a talented Designer who has worked within sports brand and marketing to join an independent creative agency specialising in the sports & fitness sector. Based in London and working hybrid 2 days in the office / 3 remote.
The Role
Due to continued growth, the creative team is expanding and looking for a talented Designer to join. Reporting into the Creative Director, you’ll play a key role in shaping visually compelling work for leading global sports and fitness brands.You’ll lead the development of visual ideas, create identity systems, and deliver standout design across multiple touchpoints including digital, social, print, and experiential. All work is rooted in strong strategic thinking and audience insight. Working closely with the Creative Director, you’ll contribute to campaigns, brand identities, and visual systems while helping raise the creative standard across the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop brand identities, design systems, and scalable toolkits
- Create campaign work across digital, social, print, environmental and events
- Lead on typography, layout, and art direction
- Define and maintain visual direction across projects, ensuring consistency and quality
- Oversee asset creation and collaborate with motion, illustration, photography, and development partners
- Apply print production knowledge where relevant (materials, finishes, proofing)
- Collaborate with research, insights and communications teams
- Present ideas and design thinking clearly to senior stakeholders and clients
- Work alongside project managers to manage timelines, budgets, and delivery
- Stay up to date with trends in sport, design and visual culture

- Facilitate workshops, refine briefs, and bring a clear creative perspective
- Develop a deep understanding of client needs, audiences and objectives
- Contribute to the wider creative direction and thinking within the team
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in a senior design role (agency or sport-focused preferred)
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, visual identity, and campaign work
- Experience leading and mentoring designers
- Confident presenting to senior stakeholders
- Experience working with global brands and large-scale campaigns
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
- Motion/design tools (After Effects, Cinema 4D or similar) are a bonus
