Our client is a global digital marketing agency offering a great opportunity for a creative, data‑driven Digital Marketing Content Specialist to design and deliver high‑impact digital experiences that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and measurable business growth. They work within a range of sectors to include retail, fintech, techology.
This role brings together UX thinking, AI‑powered content creation, and performance marketing to maximise campaign impact and efficiency. This position is temp-2-perm and fully remote. (Please note that you need to be UK based)
What You’ll Be Doing
Content Creation, UX & Experience Design
- Create and optimise engaging digital content across video, blogs, emails, landing pages, and social media
- Use AI tools to generate, refine, and scale content while maintaining brand voice and quality
- Develop effective prompts and workflows for AI‑assisted content creation
- Collaborate on UX and customer journey design to improve engagement and conversion
- Ensure brand consistency across all communications
Campaign Strategy & Optimisation
- Plan, execute, and optimise integrated, multi‑channel marketing campaigns
- Use data insights to shape audience segmentation, targeting, and messaging
- Set KPIs and continuously optimise performance to maximise ROI
Automation & Innovation
- Implement AI and marketing automation solutions to improve efficiency and scalability
- Test new tools, formats (including video), and approaches to enhance campaign performance
Paid Media & Performance Marketing
- Manage paid digital channels including Google Ads, PPC, and paid social
- Own budget allocation, tracking, and forecasting
Collaboration & Growth
- Support PR initiatives and the wider customer journey
- Collaborate cross‑functionally and mentor a Campaign Executive
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in campaign or demand generation roles (SaaS, tech, or B2B preferred)
- Strong content creation skills, including video and AI‑assisted production tools
- Experienced in Adobe InDesign/Photoshop/Illustrator, Canva, Premier)
- Solid understanding of UX principles and customer journey optimisation
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g. Pardot, Salesforce)
- Strong Google Ads and analytics expertise
- Excellent copywriting, creative thinking, and project management skills
- Commercial mindset with experience managing KPIs and budgets
