E-Merchandising Executive to join a beauty brand on a short term basis - 1st January to approx. 1st April.
The person needs to be a team player as they will work with the wider sales but also marketing teams. Also needs able to manage complexity as they will be working with a lot of stakeholders inside and outside the brand. Interest in luxe brands/beauty is welcome but not a must at all!
*Driving reporting and analysis to improve measurement and accountability in mission for e-merchandising excellence.
*Manage the Site Search report and its distribution as well as identify any opportunities to increase conversion
*Manage the existing product catalog ensuring that any updates to products are reflected onsite
*Manage product attributes, filters and categorization to ensure everything is correctly organized online
*Recommend ways to innovate the e-merchandising execution using shopper insights and learnings from the wider market
*Work with the Head of D2C to collate and communicate a clear roadmap with identified priorities mapped to growth strategy for the Brand online.
*Ensure regular flow and update of product information between systems and liaising with Supply Chain on stock availability
*Configuring and thoroughly testing promotions and campaigns on the SFCC platform, delivering a seamless execution in a timely manner.
*Communicating promotional plans and updates with the wider business, engaging all relevant stakeholders - Brand Teams, Supply Chain and the Digital Team.
*Managing the onsite execution of channel-specific activity and targeted campaigns.
