Digital Project Manager #Super #Lux #Fashion #Beauty #Creative needed ASAP. London based.

This is a specialist Digital PM role within my clients Creative Media team. Suitable for - IT Creative Media, DAM and Studio Technology candidates.

Start: ASAP then on a short term weekly ad hoc basis
Rate: Up to £450 per day DOE
London based onsite

IR35 status is TBC so candidates with flexibility to be able to use an Umbrella company will be preferable


My client is looking for a Senior Digital Manager - Digital Creative Media, DAM and Content lead. This role will have strong experience in the technology or processes within a content creation or post production industry who can drive the Creatice Media teams and platforms. The projects within will span technologies and devices and will have a wide business impact across departments

Will be a key member of the Digital Creative Media team and will manage projects from inception through to delivery

Will be responsible for orchestrating the delivery of a suite of media and content technogies from Development, Testing and Adoption of a project to support - working closely with a team of Business Analysts and Product Owners and Engineers, and studio teams and users

Will be a pro-active character capable of driving the project forwards in a positive way - with a hunger for inspiring change and operational improvement

Will have excellent a knowledge and working experience in Agile and an understanding of Jira and continuous delivery

Will work with a passionate, fun and dedicated team - on a day to day basis the role will involve:

Iterating the delivery process for the team to ensure the?team are working efficiently, effectively and happily

Orchestrating the deliverables from the team, holding the team members accountable to their commitments

Co-ordination and management of resources across departments

Monitoring and reporting monthly

Owning the ongoing communication of delivery status to stakeholders

Facilitate and assist the team in vendor selection and management

Facilitate and support the team and unblock issues from around the business

Raise risks to team members and stakeholders when necessary

Help team members prioritise their work in alignment with business priorities


Significant industry experience working in creative, media and studio departments. With good appreciation of the processes and needs of the users, and technology that supports them

Demonstrable background within a technical project management role

Experience working with offshore teams and agencies

A familiarity and appreciation of the strengths and weaknesses of a range of technologies is useful

A passion for retail and experience within a software delivery company is essential

You must be able to start ASAP and work onsite in London on a week by week basis
