Our client is a leading provider of marketing and communications supply chain services business with a large, high profile client base. As a digital operations project manager you will be accountable for the management of the Development, testing, and launch phases of all projects. You will be responsible for the coordination of status meetings, track project deliverables, obtain cost estimates and timing, review SOWs, gather status updates from project stakeholders, identify project issues, and meet launch dates. You will update the "project tracker", a centralized project management system; with the projects' key milestone dates and produce reports to run status meetings and to facilitate HUB/Brand discussions.
Some of the key responsibilities include:
- Managing the multi-channel B2B campaigns for the client.
- Overseeing day to day multi-channel tactics from kick-off to delivery with a strong emphasis on web/mobile.
- Managing tactical campaigns that range from amplification across: websites, mobile, email, Interactive Visual Aid, direct mail, and others in accordance with the client's multi-channel standards and roadmap.
