Vacancy Description

Our client is a leading Construction Engineering Company looking for a Digital Content Editor for their Marketing and Communications Department.

The Role

  • The Digital Content Editor will join the Digital team within Marketing and Communications, the role holder will report to the Head of Marcomms Digital Solutions but will work closely with the Senior Digital Manager.
  • The primary focus of the Digital Content Editor is to support and manage the timely and optimal deployment of digital content to the corporate website CMS (Sitecore)
  • The role holder will support the smooth operation and continual improvement of the website. They will also be responsible for curating and delivering Sitecore CMS training across the team.

Skills & Experience

  • Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite / Office 365.
  • Experience working with digital content including HTML/CSS.
  • Experience with content management systems (Sitecore preferred).
  • Good understanding and experience of SEO techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and eye for detail.
  • Comfortable and able to work with data.
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics.
  • Understanding of website content, usability, architecture, and content development.
  • "Brand ambassador" mind-set and "service to the business" way of thinking
  • Positive and can-do attitude with a proactive, practical approach
  • Flexible, committed team player, empathetic to others needs and objectives
  • High self-motivation and the ability to influence others and exercise judgement
