Job Title: Junior to Mid Designer (Paid Social / Content)

Location: London (Hybrid)
Type: Freelance (Ongoing)
Rate: £170 per day (£32-£34,000 equivalant)

Overview

Working with a top fast-growing creative agency building out their design team.

This role sits within a performance-focused environment, producing high-volume creative across fashion, beauty and lifestyle brands.

It’s less about perfect portfolios and more about what you’ve created recently and how you think about creative in-market.

The role

  • Design paid social ads across Meta, TikTok and YouTube
  • Produce high-volume content across multiple brands
  • Work primarily across stills, with some video/motion where possible
  • Contribute to creative thinking and campaign output
  • Iterate work based on performance and feedback

What they’re looking for

  • Junior to mid-level designer
  • Experience across social content and/or paid social
  • Strong understanding of content formats and what performs
  • Ability to work at pace and manage multiple outputs
  • Recent work you can clearly talk through

Nice to have

  • Motion or video editing experience
  • Familiarity with AI tools in your workflow
  • Exposure to fashion, beauty or lifestyle brands

The setup

  • Ongoing freelance role
  • £170 per day baseline
  • Hybrid working with a London-based team (flexible)
  • Working across high-growth consumer brands
