Customer Operations Project Manager (CRM, Email Marketing, Lifecycle Campaigns)

Location: London (On-site)

Contract: Immediate start to July

Rate: £200 to £240 Umbrella

We're hiring a Customer Operations Project Manager to join a high-performing customer marketing team within a leading global brand.

This role focuses on delivering CRM campaigns, email marketing programmes and lifecycle communications with precision, pace and consistency.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Deliver CRM and email marketing campaigns end-to-end
  • Manage lifecycle campaign workflows and content delivery
  • Coordinate stakeholders across marketing, creative and tech teams
  • Oversee production timelines and campaign execution
  • Work with external agencies to scale delivery
  • Improve campaign processes and operational efficiency

Skills & Experience

  • CRM project management or email marketing delivery experience
  • Strong understanding of campaign workflows and content production
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with tools like Asana is advantageous
