Rate: £200 to £240 Umbrella
We're hiring a Customer Operations Project Manager to join a high-performing customer marketing team within a leading global brand.
This role focuses on delivering CRM campaigns, email marketing programmes and lifecycle communications with precision, pace and consistency.
What You'll Be Doing
- Deliver CRM and email marketing campaigns end-to-end
- Manage lifecycle campaign workflows and content delivery
- Coordinate stakeholders across marketing, creative and tech teams
- Oversee production timelines and campaign execution
- Work with external agencies to scale delivery
- Improve campaign processes and operational efficiency
Skills & Experience
- CRM project management or email marketing delivery experience
- Strong understanding of campaign workflows and content production
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with tools like Asana is advantageous
