Freelance Production Support / Junior Producer / Traffic Manager
North London | Hybrid | £200–£250 per day
We are supporting a high‑profile sports entertainment creative team looking for a freelance production support hire to help manage delivery during a busy period.
This role blends production admin, creative traffic and light project management and suits someone who enjoys being hands‑on and close to the work.
The role
You will support across film and stills projects, helping keep workflows organised and projects on track. Tasks include schedules, decks, invoices, production admin and general support for producers and PMs.
You will also communicate directly with clients when needed, including phone calls, and play a key role in maintaining momentum across multiple projects.
You’ll be working within existing project management and workflow systems, picking things up quickly and helping keep processes running smoothly.
Important to note
This is not a traditional TV or film set Production Assistant role.
The role is agency and brand‑side focused, with an emphasis on:
- Production administration and coordination
- Creative traffic and workflow management
- Project organisation and logistics
- Supporting delivery rather than set operations
Candidates whose experience is primarily based on on‑set film or TV production may find this role less suitable. Experience within ad agencies, creative studios or brand‑side production teams, working across stills and film, is a much closer fit.
About you
- Production Assistant or junior to mid‑level Producer or Project Assistant / Coordinator
- Background in agency, studio or client‑side production environments
- Organised, proactive and calm under pressure
- Confident communicator via phone, email and in person - dealing with agencies, stakeholders and creative teams
- Comfortable supporting and, when needed, taking ownership of projects

- Freelance, 1 month initially
- £200–£250 per day
- Hybrid working, 2–3 days remote with the remainder onsite in the North London HQ
