Job Description
Our client, a London based agency are looking for a Creative Team to join their team. They are after an Art Director and Copywriter so you will need to demonstrate you have worked successfully as a team.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Inspire award-winning work and initialise innovation through all creative communication platforms, shopper, creative comms, brand activation
- Responsible for the activation and implementation of targeted and tactical responses on all creative briefs, through conceptualisation, black and white scamps and mac-visuals
- Art Direct, produce Copy, and oversee working projects within the Creative Department
- Provide a hands-on approach from conceptual thinking through to the activation of projects
- Implement and oversee photographic shoots from initial brief to re-touching to final sign-off
- Manage projects from initial concepts through to implementation working within the team structure
- Inspire others through creative innovation, brand knowledge and current trends
- Work individually or in a team structure reporting directly into Senior creatives and Heads of departments
- Build trusting relationships with colleagues and develop presentation skills with clients
Essential
- Be able to demonstrate a strong understanding and knowledge of brand activation and consumer behaviour in all creative channels
- Have knowledge of how brands work and a proven understanding of consumers' needs in the marketplace
- Have the knowledge and experience to be able to conceptualise and implement multi-platform thinking in black and white scamps
Desirable
- Be able to demonstrate a strong understanding and knowledge of consumer-facing creative activation
- Have extensive on and off-trade knowledge
