Job Description

Creative Studio Operations to join a fitness technology company in London.

The creative department is responsible for creative output ranging from ads, social, brand development through to high profile multiplatform 360 marketing campaigns for content & product launches, to events and merchandising.

This is a senior and vital role to lead this Creative team, you will report into and work closely alongside the Head of growth and Head of Brand and Customer, to ensure the smooth running of all projects and workflows across the department. You will oversee and manage all areas of allocated production and be the key production contact for the wider business.

You will be responsible for project management of key projects as well as the day-to-day running of the department, ensuring all creative demands are delivered with creative excellence on time and on budget. Demonstrating strong management skills, you will collaborate and motivate teams across projects, whilst keeping a keen eye on detail of budgets and schedules.

As Creative studio operations, you will be

  • Production Management
  • Responsible for supporting Growth & Marketing in running the day-to-day management of campaigns
  • Responsible for managing any last-minute change impacts within available resource
  • Responsible for managing 360 campaigns
  • Responsible for cross brand project management of all key projects
  • Finance - Oversee organisation and manage budgets, timelines, and schedules across all campaigns
  • Shoot Production - Liaise with content production teams as needed for them to capture relevant marketing assets - photography and film
  • Project manage productions of digital and traditional media
  • Line manage and support several direct reports, as well as freelance producers where necessary

  • Extensive experience of managing fast turnaround
  • Extensive knowledge of executing shoots
  • Extensive knowledge of post-production and design workflows
  • Knowledge of producing and delivering content to multiple channels and agencies
  • Managing multiple projects at any one time
  • Extensive experience of project management and production processes across all media formats
  • The ability to identify and resolve issues, prioritise, manage risk and deliver detailed work
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Extensive experience with all aspects of short form and branding production
  • Experience of managing a production team
  • Extensive experience of budget creation, execution and management
