Our client is a leading, creative brand strategic agency, with offices based in London. They work with great brands across multiple categories, from sport, fashion and consumer electronics, to real estate and food. Whether they are designing packaging, branding, film, digital, communications or retail space, all work is engages and creates lasting connections with consumers. They have an exciting, new position within their studio for a Creative Strategist to join forces with the Senior Creative Strategy Director to continue developing great creative solutions for great brands.
About the role...
This role is for someone who is excited about the potential of winning work and creating brands that make and shape our world. We have the honour of working with some truly inspiring brands at their most important moments, helping them to clarify and clearly articulate their foundational elements. This role will influence how we grow, how we communicate and how we deliver projects. You will be owning the creative strategy within projects from the ground up, from initial meetings with potential clients to delivery of the final product. You will own your voice and ensure the direction of travel is set and understood.
Day to day will include...
- Work on a strategic proposal for a recent connection
- Lots of digging and research
- Prep and deliver 121 stakeholder interviews for a new project
- Prep and play a role in project kick-off workshop or brainstorm
- Collate information from KO/WS into a findings document that helps distil the most pertinent information
- Work with the creative team to activate the strategy
- Write great decks
- Present findings to stakeholder group through a compelling narrative
- Synthesis research and trends for the internal team brief

With 4+ years experience as a Creative Strategist, you are inquisitive with an empathetic mind, always seeking ways to reimagine the world we have been given to solve.

Highly analytical, articulate and culturally aware, a confident storyteller with the ability to underpin creative thinking with clear logic. A synthesiser of information, you will excel at being able to bring clarity and distilling research into meaningful briefs and shares. Strong writing skills and a willingness to use these beyond your role to support the business.
Strong client-facing with demonstrated ability to think beyond the brief, strong communication and presentation skills. You work both collaboratively and independently. With a strong design sensibility, you will understand how thinking can be applied to real-world application.
