Our client, an award-winning creative agency are looking for a Studio Manager to be responsible for fueling the teams that make up their creative department: research and insights, creative strategy, design, marketing, technology and films.
You will be responsible for their day-to-day schedules, objectives and milestones. You will make sure that everything runs smoothly, is delivered on time and to the highest standard.
You will oversee the daily operations and planning that allows them to deliver successful projects to our clients.
You'll become an expert on our project management tool; gantt charts will be your new best friend. You will also be fielding creative requests that flow through our business, helping them create that magic between creativity and recruitment.
Requirements for the role;
- Experience in a busy creative / design agency. It's a fast-paced and important role, so we need someone who has experienced a similar role and can hit the ground running
- Brilliant spoken and written communication skills. We talk a lot and we write even more emails so it will be helpful if you're a natural communicator. Emojis welcome.
- An eye for detail - proofing copy and design is a big part of the role so it's important you have a keen eye and can spot a typo from a mile away
- You are a natural at stakeholder management: you can work with everyone across all teams internally - regardless of their level and role
