Our client, an established luggage brand is looking for a Creative Lead to join their team
The ideal candidate will relish rolling their sleeves up and being hands-on, whilst also stepping up to take end-to-end ownership of this heritage brand's visual identity.
Key responsibilities
· Define and develop the global visual identity, from concepting and design to final production
· Concept and deliver digital-first creative initiatives, with a particular focus on the social platforms, and optimise creative based on data
· Interpret creative briefs and data to deliver concepts that meet and solve business challenges
· Negotiate and commission creative talent and manage external contacts and suppliers
· Post-production and retouch of existing assets when required
· Act as guardian for the brand, ensuring that brand guidelines are adhered to across every touchpoint
· Staying abreast of trends in digital design, especially in the social media space
Candidate requirements:
· Previous experience in the luxury and/or premium lifestyle sector
· Strong technical ability, and extensive experience in graphic design and content development across web, mobile, social, email
· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and knowledge of other tools/platforms for digital design/animation
· Experience of art directing shoots and videos to a high standard
· Expert knowledge of the digital and print design process and adaptable to a range of timeline and cost constraints
· A strong professional network of photographers and stylists
· Meticulous attention to detail
· Ability to prioritise when busy, and deliver quality content under pressure and to tight deadlines
· Can-do attitude and self-motivated
· Strong organisational and teamwork skills, ability to multi-task effectively
· A passion for travel would be advantageous
