A Digital Agency who are based in London are looking for a Creative Director with experience of Digital and Social content.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading creative teams to deliver pioneering ideas for big luxury brands. Able to produce excellent social content and new ideas that help their client's brands reach their consumers.
- Weekly team creative meetings - that share collective knowledge and identify training needs
- Responsible for the creative output and delivery of the agency
- Hosting 'open door' sessions to ensure input on wider agency creative needs & projects outside of priority project focus
- Capable of taking a brief from initial concept to initial visuals
- Set process for brief response, internal briefing and concept development
- Constant evaluation & monitoring of process to ensure ongoing best practice
- Maintain knowledge of digital best practice and actively share knowledge with wider team on an ongoing basis
- Work with Production Team to provide information to enable them to deliver projects to deadline and budget
