Job Description
A London based agency are looking for a Community Manager to help assist one of their key client accounts.
The idea person will have to be fluent in writing in German or Dutch.
Immediate start and would continue until the end of December 2020.
The role will include;
- Managing all inbound comments with appropriate responses and escalations
- Community management to foster relationships and advocacy within social audiences
- Posting and scheduling all content, as well as, keeping the content and cultural calendar up to date
- Helping to plan content calendars
- Helping to develop copy to support visual content
- Participating in creative brainstorms alongside the Art Director and Social Strategist
- Having a great understanding of social channels and trends
- Staying up to date with news and changes across social platforms and communicating these to team members
- Copywriting skill is necessary
