Job Description

Our client is a leading brand and entertainment studio that creates interactive stories for the masses. They service both branded advertising and original film content. They currently have a great opportunity for a Business Executive to join the agency. They are working flexi remote with 2 days in the office / 3 days remote.

The role will be the key strategic player in developing and implementing a unique, growth focused commercial roadmap. Their focus will be on promotion and marketing of our two services and accessing hidden opportunities within. They will be responsible for leading and managing all commercial activities to ensure profitable business growth acceleration and commercial success.

The role is responsible for commercial success across the entire business, including outreach, campaigns, strategy planning and commercial growth. They will secure, build, maintain and grow relationships with clients new and old, as well as help to deliver exceptional marketing programmes. In addition to growing the business by up-selling and cross-selling services to clients both new and established.

Key responsibilities of the role:

  • Leading the deployment of the B2B sales and marketing strategy.
  • Putting systems and best practices in place for department expansion.
  • Researching, pitching and securing new clients across both brand and entertainment.
  • Ensure deliverables are high quality, bold and innovative - and delivered on aim, on brand, on budget, meet the brief and are of consistently high quality.
  • Comfortable delivering and implementing commercial strategy and generating opportunities
  • Pitch campaign ideas to clients succinctly and with confidence.
  • Create new and diverse routes to market for both sides of the business.


  • 3+ years experience in BD commercial role
  • B2B Marketing Experience is essential.
  • Able to take initiative with planning and how we drive the commercial success of the business.
  • Researching, pitching and securing new clients across both brand and entertainment.
  • Customer Success, Relationship Management, or Account Management is essential.
  • Able to effectively build and maintain client/customer relationships, while working to migrate churn and drive engagement, upsell and cross-sell.
  • Experience pitching campaign ideas to clients succinctly and with confidence.
  • Experience across all major paid media platforms (Google, Bing, Instagram, Facebook & LinkedIn)
  • Have strong written communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of HubSpot and SEO.
  • You naturally take ownership for delivery, from start to finish.
  • High energy and motivated you take pride in all you do.
  • Methodical and logical but with an agility to adapt and flex.

Desirable but not essential

  • Basic Adobe CC skills and knowledge of camera recording equipment.
  • Efficient with Zoom info lead generation software
  • Experience within a Marketing Agency
  • Established relationships with brands would be greatly advantageous.
