Job Description
Branding Designer to join a leading global cryptocurrency company.
In this role you will:
- Work closely with Brand and Content teams to understand and deliver on marketing & communications briefs for a global mass-market audience
- Lead campaign rollout & deliver multi-channel design work
- Continuously provide new creative ideas for performance marketing
- Manage large libraries of digital marketing assets
- Create and sustain a culture of excellence by mentoring Associate Designers in technical & workflow best practices and supporting the consistent application of brand guidelines
The ideal candidate will have:
- Branding Design experience
- Strong knowledge of visual design across traditional and digital channels and a strong interest in marketing and digital marketing
- Enjoy working with other designers
- A customer-first mindset, and interest in working with data & insights
- Full design tool proficiency
- Familiarity with HTML and motion design is a plus
- The ability to express and communicate a user benefit and a brand through distinct graphics, patterns, motion
- Excellent organisation and project management skills
- A solid creative point of view and a real passion for our craft: design, creativity and technology
