Our client is changing the face of makeup. Portable, stackable and perfect for application on the go, the entirely cream-based range uses only the highest quality ingredients and pigments. Every product has remarkable staying power and colours are buildable and blendable. Contained in a clickable T-Pot, each product snaps together in a smart, simple system - the stack.
They are looking for a talented art director to drive the creative vision and execution of our photography and video for the brand.
The Role:
● Plan, concept and execute the content; direct the vision all the way through to
post-production including selecting all visuals from shoots for the website, email, social
and other campaigns
● Oversee art direction for beauty shoots using models and still life shoots using products
(photography and video), ensuring all visuals are on-brand, diverse, contemporary and
desirable within agreed budgets

● Develop elevated creative treatments, effectively managing quality/productivity/scalability, budgets and timelines, allocating appropriate creative resources to projects
● Design and manage shoot guide documentation, style guides, and lighting specifications
● Foster an environment of multidisciplinary collaboration, innovation and creative
problem-solving
● Provide inspiration, guidance, support and direction for the team delivering photography
and video
● Attend strategy meetings, understand and respond to customer data, steering the
strategy of future creative directions
● Develop and maintain relationships with photographers, filmmakers, illustrators and
designers
● Closely collaborate with product marketing, editorial, paid marketing, PR, ecommerce
and other teams
Candidate:
● An impressive portfolio exhibiting fantastic taste and strong experience with an emphasis
on digital
● Excellent communication skills
● Excel at managing multiple projects simultaneously
● Strong commercial awareness and understanding
