Job Description
Account Manager to join a Branding Agency in London.
Overall requirements-
- Ownership of work delegated to you by the Account Director or line manager, ensuring its timely progress achieves and exceeds the expectations of the client
- Monitoring of budgets and timescales
- Successful running of mid-sized jobs with support of line manager
- Understanding of cleint's business/brand/product
- Inspire confidence of clients as an agreeable and reliable day-to-day contact
- Managing clients expectations
- Understand the wider perspective beyond individual issues or projects
- Ensure profitability of each job and client by agreeing a budget with the client and Account Director
- Keep forecasting and invoicing up-to-date and accurate
- Ensure jobs are progressed through the agency smoothly, liaising with Studio Manager
- Provide an accurate brief for the client to approve, and supply all relevant information (including budgets, timings and deliverables for each stage) to the project team
- Proofread design layouts and artwork carefully against brief / approved copy / amends
- Identify possible client development opportunities and work with Account Director and wider team, as needed, to secure them
- Understand the creative objectives
