Job Description

Our client is a Wellbeing & Resilience Consultancy based in North London who is looking for an Account Manager to join their team. (Onsite 2-3 days a week)

This role will suit someone wanting to transition into a senior account manager/account director role and keen to work with clients where you can make a positive change.

You will be working in a fast-paced environment, acting as the day-to-day lead on several key accounts. You will have the gravitas to build strong client relationships, be responsible for growing your accounts, and delivering an exemplary client experience. You will also be the key point of contact for your client's strategic planning and tactical needs through to execution. There will be an account executive to support you.

Key responsibilities:

* Manages all aspects of assigned client accounts, including budgeting, invoicing, project management, client interaction, quality control, and on-time product delivery

* Responds to client requests, queries and concerns in a timely and effective manner

* Is responsible for client satisfaction through the delivery of consistently high-quality outputs and service

* Build strong relationships with clients and operate as day-to-day client contact for the account · Drives project profitability

* Is an articulate concise, clear communicator with good presentation skills

* Is able to identify and disseminate relevant information and know who to involve

* Line manages and mentors lines.



* Experience of account handling experience at an agency (ideally advertising)

* Having a degree in psychology or health-related would be a bonus

* Understanding of wellbeing and health-related issues

* Understanding of all elements within the promotional/marketing mix

* Good interpersonal, organisation and multi-tasking skills

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Sound financial management

* Proficient and proactive account planner
