Contract: Start ASAP for 6 months
Rate: Approx. £26 per hour, weekly pay

We're hiring a Podcast Producer to join a high-quality, editorially driven show for a 6-month freelance contract. You'll be working across the full podcast production cycle - from planning and recording to editing and publishing - with a strong emphasis on journalistic integrity and audio storytelling.
What You'll Be Doing
Plan and Coordinate episodes: research topics, book guests, and manage content calendars
Record and Edit engaging episodes using Adobe Audition
Create Content: write show notes, intros, and transitions
Manage Guests: from scheduling to communication and prep
Publish and Distribute: Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Google Podcasts
Quality Control: ensure every episode meets high editorial and audio standards
Work to Reuters-level editorial benchmarks for sourcing, accuracy, and balance
What We're Looking For
At least 1 years experience in podcast production, journalism, or audio storytelling
Solid editorial judgment and storytelling skills
Confidence working independently without creative supervision
Proficiency in Adobe Audition (training provided for all other software)
Strong attention to detail and audio quality
