We are partnering with a highly regarded creative agency based in West London, specialising in the beauty, fragrance and wellness sectors. Their impressive client portfolio includes a blend of established and aspirational brands. Due to ongoing growth, they are seeking a commercially astute Client Services Account Manager to join their dynamic team.
This is a varied, hands-on role central to the agency’s operations. You will balance client relationship management, creative services, project delivery, business development support and production oversight.
You will be equally comfortable shaping pitch presentations and identifying growth opportunities as you are managing the logistics and delivery of creative campaigns and photoshoots.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture relationships with a portfolio of established beauty, fragrance and wellness clients
- Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and strengthen agency partnerships
- Support the creation of pitch decks, proposals and new business initiatives (approximately 10-20% of the role)
- Act as a vital liaison between clients, creative teams and production personnel
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of creative projects, from briefing through to completion
- Coordinate and support photoshoots and campaign production activities
- Monitor timelines, budgets and resources across multiple projects
- Ensure consistently high standards of client service and project execution
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in a Creative Services Manager, Account Manager, Project Manager or equivalent agency-side role
- Strong understanding of creative workflows and project delivery processes
- Confident presenter, able to contribute effectively to pitch and proposal development
- Experience working on photoshoots, content production or campaign delivery
- Commercially aware, with a keen eye for identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- A genuine interest in beauty, fragrance, wellness or luxury brands is highly desirable
