About the Opportunity

Shape the social media presence of an award-winning creative agency specializing in retail displays, visual merchandising and brand installations for globally recognized clients. This is your chance to tell compelling visual stories, showcase stunning creative work and build an engaged online community.

We need someone immediately who can develop and shape our clients social media output on an ongoing basis. You'll have creative freedom to experiment, innovate and showcase projects that millions of people experience in flagship stores and iconic retail spaces.

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Creation:

  • Develop and shape ongoing social media content strategy aligned with agency values and goals

  • Create engaging visual content (photography, video, graphics) showcasing agency projects

  • Document projects from concept through to installation, capturing behind-the-scenes moments

  • Plan and schedule content across multiple platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)

  • Experiment with content formats, trends and new platform features

Community & Engagement:

  • Build and nurture an engaged online community

  • Respond to comments, messages and engage with followers authentically

  • Monitor social media trends and adapt content strategy accordingly

  • Identify opportunities to showcase work, celebrate team achievements and engage audiences

Collaboration & Documentation:

  • Work closely with creative team, designers and Project Managers to understand project stories

  • Capture installation work, finished displays and creative processes as they happen

  • Attend client sites or installations to document work (when appropriate)

  • Coordinate with team members to gather content, insights and project information

Performance & Optimization:

  • Track engagement metrics and provide insights on content performance

  • Suggest new content ideas based on performance data and industry trends

  • Maintain brand consistency across all social channels

  • Optimize posting schedules and content mix based on audience behavior

Essential Skills & Experience

Social Media Expertise:

  • Proven experience managing social media for creative agencies, design studios, retail brands or similar

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook)

  • Knowledge of best practices, algorithm changes and platform-specific content strategies

  • Experience with content scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.)

  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and adapt strategy accordingly

Content Creation Skills:

  • Photography skills (smartphone or DSLR) with good eye for composition and lighting

  • Short-form video creation and editing (Reels, Stories, TikTok)

  • Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite desirable)

  • Ability to tell visual stories that engage and inspire

  • Strong communication skills

  • Creative thinker who can showcase work in fresh, engaging ways

  • Comfortable working in fast-paced creative environment

Desirable Skills (Not Essential)

  • Knowledge of retail, visual merchandising or window display sector

  • Advanced video editing skills (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut)

  • Professional photography equipment and experience

  • Experience working in agency or creative studio environment

  • Familiarity with fashion, beauty or lifestyle brand content

  • Paid social advertising knowledge

  • Adobe Creative Suite proficiency (Photoshop)
