We're looking for a Junior Project Coordinator with a strong mix of hands-on delivery, production support and logistical experience. You'll support experienced Project Managers on high-profile retail campaigns for globally recognized fashion, beauty and lifestyle brands.

Key Responsibilities

Project Support:

  • Assist Project Managers with brief interpretation, planning and execution

  • Coordinate with designers, production teams and external suppliers

  • Help ensure projects stay on schedule, within budget and meet quality standards

  • Support the team in meeting tight deadlines across multiple concurrent projects

Client & Supplier Liaison:

  • Communicate with clients to support brief fulfillment

  • Liaise with suppliers to coordinate materials, fabrication and logistics

  • Help manage supplier relationships and ensure timely delivery

  • Maintain professional communication across internal and external stakeholders

Production & Logistics:

  • Coordinate design and presentation work for client review

  • Work between production and operations to ensure schemes are dispatched correctly

  • Support installation coordination (some hands-on involvement valued)

  • Assist with booking couriers, sending samples, managing orders and logistics

Administration:

  • Maintain project documentation and filing systems

  • Support budget tracking and timeline management

  • Coordinate meeting schedules and project communications

  • Provide general studio and administrative support

Essential Skills & Experience

Experience:

  • Project Coordinator, Studio Coordinator or Creative Team Assistant experience in retail agency, design agency, publishing or in-house creative team

  • Background supporting creative projects with production and logistical elements

  • Experience liaising with suppliers, fabricators or external partners

  • Proven ability to support multiple projects simultaneously

  • Understanding of working with Project Managers, Production and Operations teams

Technical Skills:

  • Basic artworking experience using Adobe Illustrator (essential)

  • Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and InDesign

  • Understanding of print manufacturing and production processes

  • Strong organizational and administrative capabilities

  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Adobe Creative Suite proficiency (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)

  • Understanding of retail display or visual merchandising
