Key Responsibilities

Client & Creative Management:

  • Receive and interpret client briefs, developing clear project scope and objectives

  • Lead client communications and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle

  • Collaborate with designers to create accurate visuals and ensure briefs are delivered effectively

  • Present concepts and progress updates to clients with confidence and clarity

Project Delivery:

  • Manage multiple concurrent projects across retail display, VM and window installations

  • Coordinate with internal creative, production and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery

  • Communicate design briefs to internal and external production teams for 3D sampling

  • Troubleshoot creative, practical and logistical challenges at every project stage

  • Oversee client sign-off and approval processes

Budget & Timeline Management:

  • Establish and maintain project budgets (often £250k+ roll-out budgets)

  • Generate quotations and manage client unit cost expectations

  • Ensure profitability across all engaged projects

  • Create and manage critical paths for internal use and external client scheduling

  • Monitor spend and maintain budget allocation transparency

Production & Installation:

  • Explore, develop, sample and cost with external partners, material suppliers and fabricators

  • Work closely with production teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery

  • Coordinate installation schedules and client delivery deadlines

  • Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project course

  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation and administration

Essential Skills & Experience

Experience:

  • Experience in a similar role within retail display, visual merchandising, production or creative agency environment

  • Proven track record managing multiple projects simultaneously

  • Strong client-facing project management experience with demonstrable results

  • Experience managing external suppliers, fabricators and collaborators

  • Background managing support staff or small teams (project-based or ongoing)

Technical Knowledge:

  • Understanding of visual merchandising and retail display principles

  • Familiarity with materials, fabrication processes and 3D prop making

  • Comfortable managing roll-out budgets of £250k+

  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills (essential)

  • Strong numeracy and budget management capabilities
