Producer – Photo Shoot Support (3-Month Contract)
Kingston | Hybrid | ASAP Start

We’re looking for a mid-level Producer to support a busy creative studio working across beauty, wellness, food & drink and fragrance brands.

This role focuses on photo shoot preparation and coordination, supporting multiple projects rather than owning individual large-scale shoots.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting photo shoot prep and logistics
• Coordinating props, models, studios and retouchers
• Managing schedules, call sheets and workflows
• Communicating with photographers, brand and production leads
• Helping bring structure and organisation to production systems
• Supporting on-site shoots when required

What We’re Looking For

• Mid-level Producer / Production Coordinator experience
• Strong understanding of photo shoot workflows
• Organised, proactive and calm under pressure
• Experience within lifestyle, beauty or product-led brands preferred

Contract Details

• 3-month contract (freelance or FTC)
• 3 days per week (flexible), potential to increase
• Salary guide c. £45k pro rata (or freelance equivalent)
• Kingston-based, hybrid working
